Dr Tom Holechek, DVM



Dr. Holechek received his veterinary medical degree from Colorado State in 1975, graduating number 8 in his class. He started his career working in Western Oregon, Myrtle Point, Vancouver and Tillamook. He moved to the Molalla area in 1979 working as a dairy manager before  buying South Clackamas Veterinary services in 1990. Dr Holechek is proud to be part of the growing dairy industry and serves many dairy farms along the I-5 corridor. When he isn’t working he spends time on his own farm with his wife Vicki who is our bookkeeper. He also enjoys being with his grandchildren.

Dr. Andrea Duvall, DVM

Associate Veterinarian


Years in Practice: 18

Education: D.V.M Oregon State/WSU

BA of Biology Whitman College 

Dr Duvall earned her veterinary degree from Oregon State University in 2000. Her early years were spent working in emergency and reproductive practices around Oregon. In 2010 she settled in Molalla and became a part of South Clackamas Veterinary. She offers advanced acupuncture and brings holistic treatment ideas to the clinic. In her spare time she helps with her husband in a co-owned custom knife business. She has one border collie named Belle and a kitty affectionately known as “Momma kitty.”


Debbie N.

Front Manager/Receptionist

Debbie is the face of the clinic and is the friendly voice behind the phone when you call. She has had over 20 years experience in the veterinary field as first a nurse and now receptionist. She came to South Clackamas Veterinary in 2011 and has never left. Outside of work she likes spending time with her husband and gardening. She keeps us all on our toes and keeps the clinic running smoothly.Outside of work she has a passion for landscaping and she enjoys spending her time with her husband and two little girls. 



Gail R.

Certified Veterinary Technician


Years in Practice: 20+

Education: CVT,  Portland Community College

Gail comes to us with over 20 years experience in the field. She loves cats and is known as a “cat whisperer” in the clinic. Although she only works here part time her skills and knowledge are invaluable.  She has a small farm outside of work were she raises cows, and owns horses, and has dogs and cats. 


Josie K.


Josie joined the front of house team in March, 2016. Her duties include answering the phone, helping check in clients and working with clients. Before moving to Molalla, she lived in Reno and worked at Klaich Animal Hospital for 9 years as a receptionist.  


Amber H.

IT/ Veterinary Assistant


Amber has been with our team on and off for 6  years. She is our computer whiz and works to keep all the inventory straight in the clinic. She also often assists with surgery, routine care and works up front as a relief receptionist. Amber is enrolled in a veterinary technician program and hopes to earn her technician license in the future. She spends her days off with her daughter, Ellie, husband and her two dogs. 


Deanna C.

Back Manager/Veterinary Assistant

Deanna has been with South Clackamas for a little over 3 years. Her passion is large animal work and anything goats. She is in charge of all the ordering at the clinic and keeps the back running like a well oiled machine. When not at work Deanna breeds and trains Border Collies for competition herding and runs a sheep farm in Canby. She is currently enrolled in a veterinary technician program and is set to graduate in 2018 and become a licensed veterinary technician. 


Cadie B.

Veterinary Assistant

A graduate from Colton High school, Cadie has been with us on and off since 2015. At the clinic, her favorite jobs when asked is suture removal and anything with Dr Holechek. She manages his large animal clients when he is not in clinic and if you need anything farm related she is the go to person. Her passion is horses and she spends most of her free time outside of work riding.  She is very active in the NRA and travels all over the Northwest participating in rodeos with her horse, Angel.
